PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

This year, Sparling School is moving to an online digital system to book parent/teacher conferences. Please follow the instructions below to book online. User friendly for cell phones or other electronic devices.

1. Go to School Appointments - Sparling School
2. If you registered in the fall, you may proceed to step # 5, “Book Appointments”.

3. Register for an account by clicking the “Register” menu tab and filling in the 

short online form. Choose a user ID and password for yourself and then click the 

“Register Now” button.

4. Add  your children into the system by clicking the “Add a Student” button. Click 

“Insert New” button to add more children.

5. Click “Book Appointments” beside each child’s name to schedule 

appointments.

6. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with. You may select multiple 

teachers.

7. Select how your meetings will be held – In Person, Virtual, or By Phone.

8. Then click the “View Calendars” button. Click on available time slots to book 

your appointments. Times are booked immediately.

To Delete Appointments:

1. Click “View Appointments”. Click on the red x icon beside 

the appointment to cancel it.
